REPORT FROM THE PHILIPPINES

Dear Global Family Outreach Ministry Family Members,

I cannot express enough the enormous blessings that I feel as I am writing the newsletter here on May 3rd while here in the Philippines. I have been so busy here ministering, having many meetings and reviewing with those working with GFOM such as Pastors Nena and Jorlyn, teachers, food servers how important our ministry is in regards to reaching the lost for Jesus. Our main and most important mission is to reach the lost, to see children and their family members give their hearts to Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. For sure, I told them, there are other ministries and individuals I personally know who give items away or ship items to churches in the Philippines, but their intent is for humanitarian purposes and or to be popular with Filipinos. Those other ministries and individuals believe that by giving away items they can somehow gain favors with the Filipino people or the churches. How very sad their attitude is. The Bible says that their work is in vain and that it is all for naught. GFOM is not a ministry of popularity, but we have a servant attitude and of real love because we don't provide humanitarian help. We provide opportunities for people to give their hearts to Jesus as Lord and Saviour in a practical way and train up disciples. We accompany many times with our help - salvation tracts and direct evangelistic outreaches. All Glory goes to Jesus.

While here I am so blessed to see for myself how God continues to use GFOM to see people give their hearts to Jesus. People here are blessed - praise the Lord! I have had the opportunity to preach, teach and encourage in and out of churches. I have visited children's orphanages, the GFOM Poor Children's Feeding Centers, I have prayed over hundreds of children while here. By God's grace, I have gained the favor of some Filipino Government officials and received an offer from a famous Movie actress here in the Philippines to provide us a commercial to advertise the mission of GFOM - Praise God!!! People here are so excited to see God do wonderful things.

While all these blessings flow in the Philippines, in the Unites States I am being persecuted for my Christian faith. There are those trying to hurt me physically as well as emotionally there. They are trying to destroy this ministry. For what reason? ...well, to do the will of satan. I know not how else to say it. My friends, we are in the last days. I believe we need to make the most of our time before our Lord returns.

It is my call to serve the Lord despite my persecution. I would suppose my newsletter will not be popular with some and may even frustrate some.
I think it is good we understand there are those who cannot see the Truth. We Christians have been living in fear of the worldly people for some time now. We have been afraid the Cross or the name of Jesus would offend them. We should not be afraid any longer - their souls are at stake.

Please pray for GFOM and that we will be able to see a large harvest of souls for Jesus before His return.
